Shipping Rates
Our shipping fee is a flat rate for all domestic orders within the USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Calculated international shipping fees will apply to the rest of the world at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Danified LLC (Danified Hair Co.) is not responsible for these charges, and they are your responsibility as the customer. Please note that shipping rates and policies are subject to change at any time. We process and ship all orders within 5-7 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order has shipped. We do not offer expedited shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Support@ShopDanified.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We recommend that your shipping location be a physical address. P.O. Box shipping may be limited depending on the shipping carrier available at the time your order is placed.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
