At Danified Co., we stand behind the quality of every bundle we ship. We want you to feel confident investing in your hair and we work to earn that confidence every time.
What We Promise
Every order is inspected before it leaves our hands.
You will receive exactly what you ordered 100% raw virgin Vietnamese human hair, true to length, true to weight, and true to texture.
Quality Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
However, if you receive hair with a verifiable issue or something that does not match your order, we will make it right.
You may request a quality exchange if:
- The hair arrived damaged or defective prior to installation
- You received the wrong product or incorrect length
- There is a noticeable quality issue present before the hair has been handled or installed
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with photo or video documentation.
All requests are reviewed and approved at Danified Co.’s discretion.
What Is Not Covered
We are unable to exchange or replace hair that has been:
- Installed, sewn in, or worn
- Colored, bleached, or chemically treated
- Heat styled or altered
- Damaged due to improper care or maintenance
How To Submit a Request
Please contact us at Support@ShopDanified.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or video showing the concern.
We will respond within 1-2 business days.
